  • As a guest of The Ivy, you’re welcome to enjoy our private Members’ Lounge during its hours of operation.  This shared, stylish space offers comfortable seating and a curated selection of food and beverage available for you to enjoy at your leisure.  

    Please note there is no food and beverage service available on Sundays in the Lounge.

GEORGE Restaurant

  • Since opening in 2003, GEORGE Restaurant has established its place as an acclaimed culinary destination, and is known today as one of the best fine dining experiences in the country. Led by Executive Chef Lorenzo Loseto, GEORGE has been Michelin-recommended for four consecutive years, appearing in the 2022–2025 Canadian editions.

    Located on Queen Street East in a restored 1850s chocolate factory, GEORGE pairs heritage architecture with contemporary art to complement Chef Loseto’s vibrant, seasonal cuisine.

    Guests may choose from an à la carte tasting menu or Chef Loseto’s personalized Chef’s Choice experience. Our team of trained sommeliers offers thoughtful wine pairings, many of which can be ordered by the glass.

Fitness & Pool Facilities

  • The pool and fitness centre is available to female guests of The Ivy only. The fitness facilities include free weights, weight and cardio machines, and a calm meditation room.

    Our ozonated swimming pool is a treat for the body and the soul and uses bromine instead of chlorine. The water is infused with extra oxygen to maximize your workout, re-energize your body, and reduce skin sensitivities. Soothe tired muscles or unwind from your day with a soak in our hot tub or a session in the infrared sauna.

  • Elizabeth Munro Design is our in-house florist boutique specializing in hand-crafted bouquets and stunning floral arrangements. Working with fresh, seasonal flowers and carefully selected colour palettes to complement any space or occasion, Elizabeth Munro Design will bring your vision to life.   • At Secrette, GEORGE Restaurant’s speakeasy bar, our resplendent handcrafted cocktails surprise and delight with bold flavours and presentation.
